Kids and Teens Classes

We offer several different classes for different age groups. Kids and teen classes are “session” style, typically lasting 4-weeks (1, 60-minute class each week) with the “5th week” being a make-up class if one of the original 4 classes were missed.

If more than one class is missed, no additional make-ups will be offered, and NO REFUNDS or credits will be given for missed classes. All sales final- studio credit may be offered before the start of the series as long as it is requested via email to info@fittoflynh.com at least 72 hrs ahead of the start date.

Teen (13-17) All-Levels Aerial Hammock Dance

Good for both beginners and those with some hammock experience! This course offers a fun, creative way to explore movement in the air.

We will focus on basic aerial techniques set to music and building strength, flexibility, and confidence in a safe environment. Students will work with the same sequence throughout the session to develop their own self-expression in the aerial hammock.

*** Please be aware that students will share apparatuses to make sure that they take sufficient breaks, as aerial is very physically demanding.***

This 4-week course will run Mondays at 5:30pm (4/13, 4/20, 4/27, 5/4) with one make-up class offered on 5/11 if a student needs to miss one of the original 4 classes.

Cost: $110

Kids (8-12yr) All-Levels Aerial Hammock Dance
