So thankful to be able to experience a truly personalized physical training program. I went to Jackie because I had taken a few of her strength and stretch classes at my yoga studio. Jackie's attention to what I was looking for in a program was remarkable. In 12 weeks I was able to build incredible strength in my knees which were almost always causing pain (we actually talked about seeing a doctor & physical therapist) however by modifying and tweaking my workout, my knees are now pain free and stronger than ever. My core, arms and shoulders have built muscle and strength. I was able to increase my weights significantly. Weight loss was not my goal, building strength and muscle was what attracted me to Jackies program. I can highly recommend Jackie, she will listen, she will challenge you, she will give you the tools to get yourself into the shape you want. This is a program I can stick with, adding in dietary changes will enhance my results. I lost a few pounds, built muscle and firmed up this old sagging body.
