Hi, my name is Jackie and I am NASM Certified Personal Trainer. When it comes to personal training, my approach is aimed to be just that: Personal.
My goal is to help my clients reach their goals through a combination of resistance, cardio, and basic flexibility, to make up for what modern day life takes away from how our bodies should actually move.
It is okay if you hate exercising. Exercise is often thought of an inconvenience or a task that needs to be completed. I don’t offer exercise sessions – I offer training that is tailored especially for you, instead of a collection of random exercises that you saw on social media. With your goals in mind, I’ll work with you to train your body to carry itself properly with strength and better form.
With better form comes better movement, and with better movement comes less aches and pains and more functional abilities to live everyday life, no matter your age.

Our featured package includes all of the 1:1 coaching and tools that you need to take control of you personal fitness and health.
In order to make the most of your journey, it is best to make a minimum 6 month commitment. It is difficult to notice a true transformation and lifecycle change in a shorter period of time.

Note: In person studio packages (all in-person meetups will take place at Fit To Fly LLC in Wilton, NH. All packages include initial 60 minute consultation/movement assessment in person).
Looking for Virtual Personal Training?
Not located in southern New Hampshire or does your schedule not allow for an in-person personal trainer? No problem! Although the experience will not be the same as in-person, there is plenty that you can achieve in your journey with guidance over virtual sessions.
