Jackie Wydra - Owner & Aerial Instructor
Jackie has been practicing aerial silks since 2016 and teaching since 2020. She first tried aerial on a whim during a trip to NYC and was hooked from day one.
In addition to silks, Jackie also enjoys the occasional flight on other aerial apparatuses such as flying trapeze, pole, and lyra, but her devotion for teaching and practice remains with split silks and hammock. She loves introducing students to the joy of being up in the air and strives to provide a welcoming and accepting atmosphere in all of her classes.
Providing clear and concise instructions is critical while recognizing that every body is different, so modifications for skills and conditioning exercises are always offered. Only the student knows how their body is feeling on any given day!
When she’s not on the silks Jackie enjoys her "other job" as a vet tech, horseback riding and spending time outside with her dog and husband.
Sheila Rogers - Yoga Instructor
Sheila Rogers, RYT500, completed her 300-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Rolf Gates during the pandemic of 2021 and her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2017. She has also has studied Restorative Training with Judith Hansen Lasiter, Rewind Gold: Successful Aging, Yoga Anatomy & Physiology with Andrew McGonigle (a.k.a. Doctor Yogi) and Yin Yoga with Josh Summers. She is also Reiki I and II certified.
Sheila found that the emotional and spiritual benefits are huge as yoga postures and meditations have brought much comfort, peace and balance through career, emotional and physical challenges. Sheila loves sharing what yoga offers as it enhances one’s personal abilities, peace of mind, and most of all … life. She hopes that in her "slow flow" class you learn to honor and listen to your own body and take the beautiful space you make on your mat back to your family, community, all beings and our world; remembering to always treat yourself and others with kindness, love and compassion, and make sure you are having fun while doing just that!
Abbi Arsenault - Aerial Yoga Instructor
Abbi has been taking aerial yoga and split silks classes at the studio for four years and teaching for almost two years after being trained by the former studio owner, Mandy. She finds joy in helping people work on their mobility and gently pushing people to do what they think they can't. When she's not at the studio she's either working at her factory job, working on one of her million side hobbies and spending time with her husband and cats.
Jazz Carrion - Yoga & Flexibility
Jazz (they/she) has a background in contortion and flexibility. They completed their 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in June of 2023 including an extra 30 hours of instruction that same year, focusing on increasing flexibility and mobility in all areas of Hatha or Vinyasa flow. Jazz loves the openness of the yoga and contortion communities along with their spirit of constant growth and evolution. They want their classes to help others have the same fulfilling and restorative experience on their mats. Jazz continues to further their own practice and contortion when not at the studio, or they're in the woods conquering new adventures.
