With the hammock being rigged no more than two feet off the floor, we’ll explore poses and stretches with the support of both the fabric and the ground.
For the last 10 minutes of class you’ll also enjoy a floating meditation as we cocoon ourselves in our hammocks for the ultimate relaxing end to this restorative class.
